At Elev8 we are committed to providing an enjoyable and safe visit for all our guests.
The following guidance has been created to help guests with additional needs have a fantastic time.
We welcome guests with disabilities and are committed to ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience. However, some of our park’s elements are physically demanding. As a result, we may need to restrict access or advise against certain elements if we believe there is a potential risk to an individual’s safety.
Guidance from the Health and Safety Executive allows us to restrict or refuse access on the grounds of health and safety and does not constitute discrimination. We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of these measures, which are designed with your safety in mind.
Every Monday 4-6pm Term time and 10-11am School Holidays Elev8 holds a peaceful play session specifically tailored towards those with autism and those that prefer a calmer environment.
These sessions are capped at a lower capacity on our Bounce Park ,have minimal or no music and a slow fade of lighting across our park.
