Prices exclude the purchase of our reusable Elev8 socks which are required for all users on our Inflatable Parks.


What are your opening times?

Elev8 is open:

School Holidays - Monday-Thursday 11am-6pm, Friday & Saturday 10am-6pm & Sunday 10am-4pm

Term Time - Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm & Sunday 10am-4pm

How can I book?

You can book your activity online through our live booking system or by filling out our enquiry form

Do I need to book?

Yes, we do advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment – we can become very busy especially at weekends and school holidays.

Do spectators need to pay?

There is no charge for people who are spectating.  You only pay if you are participating.

What do you serve in the Cafe?

We serve a selection of coffees, juice, slush, cakes and we also serve some hot food i.e freshly made pizza's, panini's, chips, chicken strips & loaded nachos.

How long do waivers last?

Your waiver is valid for a period of one year. Paper waivers due to technology failure may be used as a back up – these are only valid for the duration of that particular bounce session. Children’s parties also use the paper waivers and again these are only valid for the duration of the bounce party.

What happens if guests don't turn up?

Unfortunately all of our sessions are non refundable or transferable.

I want to add on more people to my booking - how can I do this?

You can add more people to your booking by giving the site a call and they can add on the additional guests for you depending on availability.

Can Elev8 cater for large groups?

Of course, we have ample seating upstairs as well as multiple party rooms on our ground floor catering from 10 guests up to 30 guests in each room! To book any activity, or a selection of activities for large groups please fill out our enquiry form or alternatively call our team to discuss.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Our sites operate a no picnic policy and have a full café offering meaning that only food and drink bought from the premises can be consumed there - anyone consuming food or drinks from elsewhere will be asked to leave.

Is there lockers?

We do have a limited amount of lockers on sites available for use to store your valuables. our lockers require a £1 coin or trolley coin to lock and release the key

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, there is wheelchair access to the whole of Elev8, with a lift to go upstairs into our Cafe.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our bookings are strictly non refundable. we offer transferring of our soft play / bounce park tickets to an alternative date with a minimum of 4 hours notice required.
Party Bookings are excluded from this offering

Parties & Groups

What party packages are available?

We have a range of party packages available to suit your needs. We have hot and cold food options. And access to a private party room or area throughout your duration with us .

How many people can attend a party?

The maximum number of people attending a party based on the party room capacity is 30guests .
For parties bigger than that please contact us and we may be able to accommodate.

How do party waivers work?

Generally, for party waivers we provide a waiver that all children can be added to and will be valid for the duration of the party only.  The other way to do it would be for parents to fill in waivers online in advance of the party and we can link them up to the party on the day.

Do you provide party invites?

We do provide party invites – these can be collected at any time from reception.

When do I need to confirm the final numbers for my party?

Any changes to your booking must be made at least a minimum of 7 days prior to your party date, any changes after this time may not be possible which can result in further costs.

If people drop out can I get a refund or change the amount of guests?

Any changes to your booking must be made at least a minimum of 7 days prior to your party date.

If participants are unable to come unfortunately we will be unable to refund or transfer these funds. Final Numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your party.

Is there a place to put presents?

Yes, in the Party Rooms we have tables for presents.

Do we get a party host?

Our Cafe staff will be on hand at all times. They will also be assisting other parties at the same time, similar to a waiter/waitress environment.

How much deposit do you take?

A 25% deposit is payable upon booking a party, without a deposit your party will not be confirmed, this is non refundable.

When is final payment due?

Parties must be clear of any balance a minimum of 7 days prior to your party date.

When do you need my food choices?

All party changes, including food choices, must be placed 7 days prior to your party. We do not allow outside food or drinks.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes we have food options to cater for many dietary requirements including intolerances to certain ingredients.

Elev8 Inflatable Theme Park

Is there an age restriction on the park?

All ages are permitted on the park – the only restrictive condition that exists is that we recommend participants are aged 4 or over.

Our soft play is also suitable for anyone up to the age of 8.

Are there any weight limits on the park?

Anyone under 20 stone is able to enjoy our park

Do parents need to go on the park?

Only Parents who wish to supervise/join in on our park with their young ones - this will also require a ticket to be purchased to gain access to our bounce park.

What time do I need to arrive before my session?

All guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before your session time providing waivers are already completed online. This allows us to check you in, and for you to get your Elev8 bounce socks on ready for the fun to begin!

How many users can go on the park?

We run a strick capacity of users per session so you can enjoy your time with us without the park being too busy however the park can cater to over 60 users at one time.

Do I need to complete a waiver?

Every person that is joining in must sign a waiver prior to arrival. If you are unable to complete one you can sign one on our system at the reception desk.

Do I need socks?

Yes – socks are mandatory to go on our park with and help to keep the park clean and tidy. Guests must
purchase a pair of Elev8 reusable safety socks before being aloud on our park.

How much are socks?

Elev8 Socks are charged at £2.00 per pair and must be worn at all times during your session you can bring along and reuse your socks if you wish..

Do you provide ASN sessions?

Elev8 provides Additional Supports Needs session which are sessions with dramatically reduced numbers, no music, low lighting and trained staff – these sessions term time are on a Monday evening 4pm-6pm.
School holidays Monday Morning at 10am-11am

Can pregnant women go on?

Unfortunately pregnant women are not permitted to bounce on safety grounds. The park can be quite hard to walk on, and with a lot of excited children (and adults) flying around there is a high risk of you being bumped in to or knocked over.


Can I upgrade my membership to a better level?

Yes. You can upgrade your membership at any time by talking to our staff. We will cancel your old membership with this new one and restart your membership term.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Memberships are non-transferable, and may not be shared with anyone else.

Does my membership have a minimum term?

All memberships are on a monthly basis. When signing up we will ask for your bank details which will automatically bill your payment method every month.

Am I restricted with what sessions I can attend?

Only on our Unlimited membership are you restricted and unable to attend our special events for free, these are discounted at a rate of 50% off. Our Plus & Ultimate memberships allow members to attend any session, any time!

How do I cancel my membership?

All memberships can only be cancelled by emailing info@elev8fun.co.uk at least 5 days prior to your next billing date, any memberships cancelled within 5 days of the next payment may still be renewed.
